My Holistic Journey

Courtney Boyce is a dedicated Functional Nutritionist specializing in feeding therapy, lifestyle support, and holistic health. She is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with chronic illnesses and feeding challenges, striving to create a nurturing environment where education, compassion, and personalized care come together. By focusing on the root causes of health concerns and using evidence-based nutritional strategies, Courtney empowers clients on their journey toward lasting healing and wellness.

Drawing on a multidisciplinary background, Courtney works closely with individuals and families to create personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans that align with each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals. Her approach is especially effective for children and adults with sensory-based feeding challenges, digestive issues, and complex health conditions.

 

Courtney bridges the gap between nutritional healing and functional living, helping clients develop sustainable habits that support both physical and emotional well-being. She believes that true healing requires a whole-body approach—one that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.

My journey into holistic health and nutrition began through my own path of self-healing, where food became not just fuel, but a form of medicine and self-care. After experiencing the deep loss of my beloved dog, Piper, I was forced to confront my own emotional and mental health more honestly than ever before. It was during this time that I truly began to understand the profound connection between food, emotional wellbeing, and healing. As I navigated my way through loss and food safety, mindful eating became a light for both my physical and mental resilience. This experience now shapes how I wish to support others: with compassion, intention, and a deep respect for the healing power of food and the stories we carry with it.
