Cancellation Policy
Holistic Balance – Appointment Cancellation Policy At Holistic Balance, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and practitioners. To maintain fairness and accommodate all clients, we ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend: 80% of the scheduled session fee will be charged. This policy ensures we can continue providing personalized, high-quality care while respecting the time of all clients and practitioners. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
